On Tuesday, April 10 was held at the Hotel Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou, the inauguration of the Chinese subsidiary of Europe Technologies Group, together with partners, customers and prospects of industrial and local authority representatives. The group thus reinforces its commitment to international expansion in parallel with its local strategy of external growth; let us recall the recent acquisitions of GEBE2, Gobio and SERVISOUD the last 4 years.<\/p>\n

You Bo Chuang Xin, its name translated into Chinese, makes Empowering Technologies China the first Asian subsidiary of the group, the second international subsidiary after the opening in 2010 of Empowering Technologies USA (Alabama).<\/p>\n

“Multiple meetings with Chinese manufacturers and indsutrials and a mutual trust won over time reassured me on our ability to open, manage and develop a subsidiary in China” details Patrick CHEPPE, CEO of the group. “Our on-site presence was already ensured by a network of local representatives, but strategically, we could no longer consider staying physically absent from this driving market,” he recalls. Europe Technologies already has many customers in the territory (XIZI, BAMTRI, XI’AN, AECC, AVIC, etc.).<\/p>\n

Local customer support, after-sales service and the consolidation of the aerospace and automotive markets are the primary objectives of this implementation. Current recruitments will rapidly increase the subsidiary’s workforce to expand its commercial activities. Eventually, the site will be doubled by an activity of realization of the processes and own products held by the group.<\/p>\n

“The objectives of the subsidiary and our desire to make it evolve rapidly to a manufacturing center necessarily leads us to have to rely on a local network of suppliers, we are not in a mere relationship seller-buyer” says Patrick CHEPPE.<\/p>\n

Empowering Technologies China is located in Hangzhou in ZheJiang province.<\/p>\n

It is the 2nd foreign subsidiary of the EUROPE TECHNOLOGIES group, after the implementation in 2010 of EMPOWERING TECHNOLOGIES USA in Alabama. Based in Hangzhou, YOU BO CHUANG XIN has one person on site, Dan WANG (Office Manager). The subsidiary brings a direct commercial link and after-sales support to the group’s Chinese customers.
