INTEGRATION PROCESS
GOBIO supports you throughout the process of integrating an assistance solution for you employees. Our integration process is divided into 4 steps :
- Understanding the work situation. In collaboration with your teams, we your work environment, identifying awkward postures and the parts of the body that are subject to stress…
- Selection. Together, we choose the solution best suited to the constraints identified in step 1).
- Assessment. Through analysis, we measure the relevance of the solution chosen in step 3), its use in the working environment and its acceptance by the employee.
- Appropriation of the solution.
