Our technician team is dedicated to the commissioning, maintenance and support of your equipment as well as supply of spare parts and others. On existing machine we perform both retrofitting (training or complete retrofit).
Our team provide expertise on processes, mechanics, electrical elements, programming or even toolings.
Whether in France or abroad, our technicians operate directly at customers site, if necessary continued with local structures in your country (EMPOWERING TECHNOLOGIES USA, Birmingham, Alabama, EMPOWERING TECHNOLOGIES CHINA, Hangzhou and our partners all around the world).

Our team ensures the commissioning of the equipment, while training your operators, in order to guarantee optimal use and to carry out the various preventive controls.
Our team provides initial training for operators and maintenance staff dealing with our processes, as well as complementary training (follow-up) regarding the best practices and continuous improvement.
We perform distance learning or at your plant anywhere around the world.
For more reactivity, some of our equipment have a remote service connection. In addition to commissioning, it allows the management, display or remote control of equipment in order to diagnose, manage and check their operation within a very short time.
We can also provide you remote assistance thanks to APIZEE, a visual online assistance and communication tool.
These solutions provide rapid diagnosis and intervention at low cost.
