ROBITIC METAL AND COMPOSITE SANDING
GEBE2 has developed a robotized metal sanding solution that reproduces the operator’s gestures and sensitivity. Sanding is one of the most commonly applied processes in all sectors of the industry. It improves the surface finish of a metallic part by eliminating geometrical defects and change its roughness value.
ROBOTIC ACOUSTIC DRILLING OF COMPOSITE PANELS
GEBE2 designs and manufactures robotized cells with multi-spindle heads that provide greater flexibility than custom machines, and are more cost-effective than solutions based on conventional CNC machines. GEBE2 also manufactures robotized drilling cells for metallic materials, such as titanium.
ROBOTIC MACHINING OF COMPOSITE AND METALLIC MATERIALS
GEBE2 provides machining and trimming solutions based on the use of 6-axis polyarticulated robots, motor spindles with or without liquid cooling, radio or wire probes, automatic tool change, standard machining software and mobile robots capables of extending their working area.
ROBOTIC TRIMMING FOR COMPOSITE AND METAL PART
GEBE2 designs and builds robotic solutions to perform trimming operations. To do this, we rely on methods of transforming parts in space based on our experience in the field of machining (definition of the cutting parameter). Thus we provide robotized trimming cells for all your composite or metal parts. Robotizing your trimming operations ensures productivity, operator comfort and quality finishes.
ROBOTIC DEBURRING OF METAL PARTS
GEBE2 deploys robotic solutions that reproduce an operator’s gestures and meticulouness using abrasives or cutting tools. Combined with a compliant device or using the natural compliance of the abrasives, the robot is equipped with rotary and linear effectors that reach execution speeds or forces that would be impossible manually.
ROBOTIC GRINDING
With our experience and know-how, GEBE2 provides robotic grinding solutions allowing us to increase productivity and finish quality by performing repeatable operations. Robotic grinding then becomes an alternative for manufactures during material removal operations requiring tolerances that cannot be achieved by hand.
ROBOTIC INSERT INSTALLATION
GEBE2 provides a robotized cell for potted-in insert from preparation to installation of the inserts, with a simplified installation process using the SECAMnida® from SECAM. Our robotic inserts installation effector carries out the drilling and cramping operations of the insert, the gluing and optionally includes the orbital drilling.
ROBOTIZED WELDING CELLS
Our multi-processes expertise allows us to respond to your needs for global solutions by integrating different processes: chamfering, welding, grinding, high frequency impact treatment – opening a whole range of welding operations. Our welding engineers advise and support you during technical choice stages. Thanks to vision and autonomous movement technologies applied to robotic welding cells, our team provides you even more autonomous and intelligent solutions.
