Merger AIC-ORATECH
The EUROPE TECHNOLOGIES Group is pleased to announce the merger of its 2 companies: ORATECH INNOVATION and AIC (Atlantique Ingénierie Composites). The merger, effective since January 1, 2019, retains the ORATECH trade name.
This rationalization, which is obvious in view of the numerous synergies between the two entities, allows us to increase our efficiency in responding to your projects thanks to our capacity for innovation and additional services.
This new entity is organized around 3 complementary poles:
- White and Blue collar engineering
- Industrialization Product Process
- Production of parts and tools
It is a real entity at the service of your projects which is born and which preserves all the trades that you knew from each structure.
